Why should I sign up as a customer? Signing up as a customer simply means you will be added to our newsletter database. Newsletters are sent out occasionally to keep you informed of exciting new products plus news and links. You can opt out at any time. Do I have to pay postage? First Class Recorded Delivery UK postage is included in the list price. We send items overseas almost every week but if you want to order from outside the UK we ask that you drop us an email to say what you would like to purchase (send it to: ray@barefootleather.co.uk). We will then send you a PayPal invoice for your goods that will include shipping costs. We do not make money on shipping and only charge you what it costs us to send the item.
Okay - I have chosen everything I want to buy, now how do I pay? As you choose items from the site, up in the top right hand corner of the page you will see a shopping basket or 'cart' which tells you how many items you have and the total you have spent. You can dump things from the shopping basket at any time or, just like any other store, you can keep right on to the checkout. You can view the items in your basket at any time by clicking on 'view cart'.
Once you have finished shopping click on the 'checkout' button which will take you through to the order confirmation and payment stage.
Which credit cards can I use? We can accept all major credit cards though PayPal. Can I pay by cheque? We are happy to accept both cheques and postal orders made out to Barefoot Leather. Please see the contacts page for our contact details. Please note: All payments - cheque, postal order or PayPal - must provide cleared funds before we will dispatch goods by post. Are my credit card details secure? Barefoot Leather uses PayPal to process all payment details, we believe this a safe and secure way for you to pay online. Only your contact details are kept by Barefoot Leather and we promise they will never be passed to any third party. PLEASE NOTE: We send all UK parcels First Class Recorded Delivery and usually dispatch stock items within seven working days. Some of our items are hand made to order so we may need to contact you with a dispatch date. Rest assured we will always do our best to send you your goods as quickly and as safely as possible.
