A pair of top quality soft DARK BROWN leather oval elbow patches complete with pre-punched stitch holes to make sewing easy.
Large and dark brown sounds a bit heavy but these gorgeous patches are anything but...Soft, supple, top quality leather and British made here in my Herefordshire workshop, they will lift much-loved tweeds, restore holey cardies and fettle the finest of favourite jumpers.
Is it hard to sew them on? Nah, easy peasy. All patches and cuff bindings are supplied with pre-punched stitching holes, ready to sew onto your garment. A couple of tacking stitches to hold them in place and then just follow the holes with a running stitch. Couldn't be simpler. If you want added strength then go round twice and fill in the gaps!
I also make cuff bindings to repair worn cuffs on jumpers and jackets. Please order cuff bindings at the same time as elbow patches if you want them to match.
My cuff bindings are 22" long and are suitable for cuffs and trousers (I really hate it when trouser cuffs fray!)
NOTE: Cuff Bindings are perfect for repairing frayed jeans and makes them last much longer.
