Greyhound or Large Lurcher Collar Hand Tooled Leather with an Acorn and Oak Leaf Design in Dark Brown Leather
This rather special collar is made from top quality vegetable tanned leather, hand tooled and hand dyed, topstitched and finished with solid brass fittings in my Bromyard, Herefordshire workshop.
It costs a little more than some of my other collars but this simply reflects the extra work involved in producing a uniquely decorated hand tooled leather item. No two are ever the same!
Just so you know, topstitching is simply a line of stitching around the edge of a product that helps to prevent a collar stretching during use. It makes the collar more secure and helps it to last longer.
I always use solid, one piece D rings and substantial, good quality solid brass roller buckles.
